Individual Counseling
For Addicts post treatment who still would like individual counseling in how to maintain their sobriety/recovery.
For Family members of addicts who are in need of counseling.
Location: Rancho Mirage, CA
$125/hr $175 for couples
Journey Together: Relapse Prevention
This group is for recovering addicts/alcoholics who have a history of chronic relapse and are looking for more support and education on how to stay clean and sober. Typically relapse happens due to issues that are tied into relationships (parents, significant others, self sabotage etc.) This group will educate individuals about codependency, healthy boundaries, self-esteem, as well as communication.
This group is not intended for individuals with less than 90 days clean/sober.
Location: Rancho Mirage, CA Group of 6-10 individuals
$30 a week or $100 a month if paid in advance
Healthy Boundaries Ongoing Group
This group is a 1 hour a week educational group for individuals that are new to learning about codependency and need assistance in creating healthy boundaries and following through with them. The goal is to help individuals get a head start in their codependency recovery, with encouragement and resources to outside programs.
Location: Rancho Mirage, CA Group of 6-10 Individuals
Virtual Group is also an option if there is interest
$30 a week, or $100 a month if paid in advance
Healing Codependency Workshop
One Day Workshop for those interested in learning more about what it means to be codependent and how to find recovery from the bondage that may be interfering with your day to day life, happiness and wellbeing. Will work well for Adult Children of Alcoholics, long term addiction recovery individuals, or for families of addicted individuals.
$150 per person

The One day Virtual Family Program is designed for a small group of individuals who identify as loved ones of addicts/alcoholics. These individuals will learn about addiction as a brain disease, how it impacts the family of the addict, and how to develop healthy boundaries.
4 hour group w/30 minute break

This One day workshop is designed for people who have been to family programs before, learned the basic premise but still struggle with boundaries and rescuing.

“Hula Hoops”
The One day Intensive is for individuals interested in learning how to take care of self while loving an addict in their lives. Often individuals tend to lose themselves while focusing on another persons issues. This group will help refocus on self.
One day, 9am-4pm, 1 hour lunch break

Two Day Intensive
“Family Disease”
The Two Day Intensive is for individuals who are interested in learning more about the Disease of Addiction, how it impacts the entire family, and how to learn how to recover from the wreckage it has left behind.
The goal is to recover as a family. Recovery is not just for the addict, it is important for the family members to do their part of recovery as well. This weekend group will help with that process.
Two Days, 9am-4pm, 1 hour lunch break
